Cancellation Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or prior to dispatch, whichever is earlier
- Requests for cancellation must be submitted by contacting our customer support team via email
- Once approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Orders Already Shipped
- Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched
- Customers may return the product after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy
Modifying an Order
- Changes to products or delivery addresses are not allowed once an order has been placed
- If modifications are needed, the existing eligible order must be cancelled and a new order placed
